This record is a prelude to the body of work that we're making at the time of this release. This work was created through FM drift. A process that uses imperfect oscillators like the sine waves produced by self-oscillating filters to FM a second oscillator. Shifting patterns result from the drifting tuning of the imperfect FM source. This FM drift is set to noise modulations that are both wind and wave. The atmosphere is coming. This is a prelude to moving air.

Recorded on Gadigal and Wangal land near the cooks river.

Album art is Dharug land not far from where we grew up.

Our respects to the elders of these lands, past, present, emerging, and through all time.
